James Bradbrook-Goalkeeper
Signed in the summer of 23 from local rivals Stowmarket Town.The 26 year old had previously played for Needham Market and also Brightlingsea Regent

George Whitehall-Goalkeeper
Signed in the summer of 23, the 19 year old has come through the ranks at Cambridge United and will be pushing James Bradbrook all the way for the no1 shirt.

Ollie Brown-Right back
Energetic Ollie signed in the summer of 22 from Stowmarket Town where he had been voted Fans Player of the Season. Ollie went on to mirror that achievement with the Yellows
and also picked up a play-off winners medal doing so.

Tom Dickens-Centreback
Left footed defender Tom signed this summer from Welling United and the 20 year old is a product of the Cambridge United youth setup. Strong and commanding,Tom is quite a
presence at the back.

Joe Tarpey-Fullback/Midfielder
Another to sign in the summer of 23, Joe is a consistant performer and another to have come through the ranks with Cambridge United. Last season Joe was on loan with St Neots Town.

Dan Cousens-Defender
Another summer of 23 addition, Dan has come through the ranks at the Ipswich Town Youth Academy.A hardworking flexible defender,he is keen to transition in to mens football

Jamie Eveleigh-Defender
Jamie has come through the academy at AFC Sudbury and is in his 3rd academic year there still. He is a versatile and energetic player, always giving 100%

Reiss Oteng-Leftback
Yet another to sign on in 2023 for us,Reiss is a tall powerful left sided defender who has previously played in a very successful Biggleswade FC team that like ourselves made the play-offs last season.

Charlie Lewis-Defender/Midfielder
Charlie like most of this squad signed for us in 2023 and is a very flexible asset for the team.He spent the previous season at St Neots Town where he was utilized in a
number of different roles.

Jake Turner-Midfielder
Jake Turner re-signed for the club in 2021. Jake who lives very locally is captain this campaign and scored the winning goal in last season’s Play-Off Final success against
Heybridge Swifts with a header in extra time

Ben Hunter-Midfielder
Ben signed re-signed for the club in 2022 from Leiston but is a product of the AFC Sudbury academy.Ben has an all action style and an eye for goal as well as a smile you can see for miles!

Olumide Oluwatimilehin-Midfielder
Another summer of 23 addition,Olu has played to a high standard with clubs like Braintree, Lewes, Hornchurch and Kingstonian. A formidable and gifted midfielder he adds experience as well as ability to our youthful squad

Romario Dunne-Attacker
Romario signed for the club back in 2021 but after an exciting start to his Sudbury career a serious knee injury curtailed both that and the following season.Rom is now back and fit once more and looking to make up for lost time.

Joe Neal-Striker
Another player who has come through the ranks at Cambridge United,Joe signed in the summer of 23 from St Albans Town where he had been playing out wide. Always giving everying on the field Joe is destined to become a fan favourite.

Adam Mills-Attacker
Join October 2023 for his second spell with the club. A very popular all action forward / winger has seen his football career take in Sudbury, Braintree, Leiston, Needham and Chelmsford City. Adam has been know to throw in a few somersaults after scoring!

Jamie Bennett-Forward
Jamie is a 3rd Year Academy student here at AFC and is an exciting attacker with the ability to twist and turn. He is hoping to break into the first team and get serious minutes this season and to that end made his debut at home against Barwell earlier this campaign.

Reuben Swann-Midfielder
Reuben is a 2nd year student at our Academy and has shown enough promise to have made his debut for the club last season. A dynamic midfielder with real class it will be interesting to see how far he can go.

Kaya Donohoe-Midfielder/Forward
Another 2nd Year student at our Academy, Kaya is starting to make an impression up top after playing most of last season in the middle of the park. Made his debut this seson at home to Redditch after being in and around squad since Marc Abbott took over as manager.
