We are the only Football & Education post 16 Academy that provides a truly unique player performance pathway where students are taught together, coached together & play together in both college & weekend senior football.

Our Academy teams only consist of full time academy students (16-19 years). We do not draw upon players who attend a different school/college. Similarly students only represent AFC Sudbury and no one else. We feel the clear benefit of working with the same coaching team daily and then the same coaching staff at fixtures accelerates player learning alongside the volume of fixtures that our Academy students play. This may sound common practice but is truly unique in post 16 Academies.
