AFC Sudbury v Gorleston
Isthmian League North Division
The Elite Travel Stadium, Brundon Lane, Sudbury CO10 7HN
KO: 15.00

This weekend we welcome Gorleston to the Elite Travel Stadium for a first league encounter with The Greens since 25th March 2023 when a brace from Nnamdi Nwachuku secured the points for the Suds in a 2-1 away win.

This season, our visitors are amongst the early pace-setters in the league with 23 points from 10 games and sit in second place to Hashtag United on goal difference. Their current form over 6 league games is W5; D1; L0.

This game will be a tough test for The Suds who themselves had been in a rich vein of league form, unbeaten in 6 games in the Isthmian League North Division prior to defeat on Tuesday to Wroxham, 3-4 at The Elite Travel Stadium. We currently sit 10th in the table with 14 points from 11 games. We also have the divisions current top scorer in our ranks; Reuben Chinnery. His brace last Saturday at Lowestoft puts him on 10 league goals and 11 overall.
