We round this bank holiday weekend off with a visit to The Elite Travel Stadium from Cambridge City in the Isthmian League North Division.

Having found the winning formula on Saturday with that 3-1 triumph over Lowestoft Town in the FA Trophy, the boys will be keen to make-up for our FA Cup exit at the hands of todays visitors just over a week ago!

We remained competitive for much of that game – George Chenery equalising with a fine header from a Kaidon Tower-King corner, so expect another tight contest. Goals from set pieces are being a bit of a speciality for the Suds; Kyran Clements at Concord Rangers and Jordan Barnett, with our first on Saturday, both from corners.

Saturdays victory was confirmed with a fine team goal on 88 minutes from Reuben Chinnery. Scott Sloots latching onto a long clearance from Finley Iron, headed the ball onto Tom Maycock on the left wing, who put in a deliciously inviting pass for Reuben to finish with style. 3-1. And the Yellows progress into the next round of the FA Trophy.

There will be a minutes applause before kick-off in memory of long-time AFC Sudbury supporter and season-ticket holder Ian Baldwin, who recently passed away aged 67.
