AFC take on Bostik North League runsway leaders AFC Hornchurch at King’s Marsh Stadium looking to extend their unbeaten run to six games (four wins and a draw so far).

‘The Urchins’ are looking certainties to gain promotion back to Step 3 being thirteen points clear of Bowers and Pitsea in second place. (We visit them next week)
They have so far only lost one game on their travels but they only won the home game against us 1-0 back in December so a close game is anticipated.

AFC for their part went to Tilbury last Saturday and on a wet afternoon came back with a point in a scoreless game. Missing from the Sudbury line-up was striker Phil Kelly, he will hopefully be fit to return to the side for this game. One of the AFC Academy boys going off to America soon, Joe Wright is included in the squad.
