FC Manager Jamie Godbold will be hoping his charges shake off the lethargy that seemed to overcome them on Saturday in their defeat at home at the hands of Maldon and Tiptree when they travel to North Road to take on Brightlingsea Regent.

Coming back into the Sudbury squad will be Craig Parker pictured), the club’s leading scorer this season with nine goals from nine appearances, having now returned from his sojourn to warmer climes. Going back to the club he left in the summer is midfield man Ollie Canfer.

AFC have a score settle with the Essex side having suffered a 5-1 Ryman League Cup defeat at The Wardale Williams Stadium earlier in the season and also having lost their only two other games against them.
