Unbeaten Run Hopes To Be Extended
The games are disappearing fast and AFC made their last trip to Norfolk when they travel to Aldiss Park and take on Dereham Town. They are themselves chasing a play-off place and currently sit in seventh place just three points from their Norfolk neighbours Wroxham who hold the last play-off spot.
There are two AFC connections with Dereham, foward Craig Bussens has been playing for them up until a few weeks ago but suffered a serious ankle injury that required an operation to fix. He is likely to be out of action until next season. The other connection is that Wayne Anderson has joined as their reserve team manager.
AFC manager Jamie Godbold will be looking to extend the clubs fourteen match unbeaten Ryman League run, and maintain third place in the table. With no suspensions to hamper his selection he may decide on an unchanged side or may recall the well again Terry Rymer.
The coach going to the game will leave the ground at 11.30am.
