Not for the first time, we travel to Kettering Town on what promises to be a damp Tuesday evening in winter! Kettering Town are a famous non-league side, primarily for their exploits in the FA Cup – 41 appearances in the First Round Proper and they hold the record for most goals in the competition having scored 927. Last season they were in the hunt for promotion to Step 2, finishing second in the table and reaching the play-off final. They currently sit mid-table after an indifferent season so-far, but don't let that fool you or lull you into a sense of false security. Latimer Park is a difficult place to go to but last season, despite losing 2-1, we gave them a good game; Joe Neal with that peach of an equaliser in the first half.

Travelling to Kettering
Leave the A14 at Junction 10 and take the A6 towards Bedford. At the next roundabout take the second exit towards Latimer Business Park (the football ground is signposted from here). At the next roundabout take the third exit (signposted Station Road Industry). Follow the road round passing the Morrisons Distribution Centre on the left and then the Weetabix Factory on the right. The entrance to Latimer Park is then a short way further down on the left. There is a large car park at the ground which is free.
