Once again the AFC management have arranged two games for the same evening for their squad of players as they prepare for the new season.
One squad will be going to Cricket Field Road to take on Newmarket Town on their newly laid 3G pitch at The Ridgeons Stadium. The whole complex has been renovated and they have installed a unique LED lighting system.
The fixture is to celebrate the career of AFC's all time leading appearance maker Paul Betson.
Paul joined AFC in 1999 and went onto make a total of 376 appearances until he left in December 2006 and in that time scored 45 goals.
He originally signed for Newmarket Town in 2009 had a spell away and is still there this season having amassed 218 appearances for 'The Jockeys'.
A donation from the gate money will be going to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital London.
If you would like to congratulate Paul he is on Twitter @betsonburger
