AFC Sudbury get their season started when they entertain Evo-stik Southern Division One Central side Histon managed by Steve Fallon.
The Cambridgeshire side having been relegated have since signed a number of new players as they attempt to regain their place in the Premier Division.
AFC Manager Jamie Godbold has had his side in twice already this week in preparation for the 2016/17 season in the Ryman Premier League.
His squad for the Histon game will include new signings defender Adam Tann, and forwards, Sam Bantick and Rob Eagle. Also on show will be a former loanee, Ryan Horne who come to AFC from Cambridge United. Another goalkeeper is likely to be on show. However there are a number of first team regulars still on their holidays and Godbold has included a number of young Academy players.
Admission for the game is £5.
