
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of an established firs team playing the last three seasons in Tier 4 of the Women's National League. This is a core team within a progressive club that is proud of its facilities, community focus, and ambitions
for the women's game.
The ideal candidate will be organised, methodical in planning, creative and thorough when coaching and have an extensive network and great reputation in the women's game to be able to work with our well-established academy and wider girls' pathway to recruit from inside as well as find and retain talent.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential alongside a minimum of UEFA C coaching qualification. A passion for developing players and building a positive team culture is a must.
This role will commence ahead of the 2026/27 season.
