Both of our first teams have come a long way since being promoted to their highest ever leagues at the end of last season. Our Men’s First Team have come together and have begun to their capability and potential for the future under Marc Abbott. The well-established, Women’s squad has added a few new dimensions and under the guidance of Luke and Steff continues to learn and grows with every match. Both teams have the same objective, to consolidate their positions in their new leagues - and both have young, hungry, vibrant players who are proud to wear the shirt, to showcase their talent and never give up.

And now, The Run In commences. The Men have fourteen matches left to prove their point, and the Women nine matches. So, we are facing twenty-three cup finals ( and that's not to mention the Women's Cup Semi final coming up next month ) over the next three months in order to achieve an historic result for the club and the town. Both teams can do it.

All of us who love the club need to do our bit to provide the teams with the support, the atmosphere, the noise and the passion that can make all the difference to turn that 1 point into 3 and lift our players to greater heights.

Please come to as many matches as you can, especially at home, but also join us on some of those long trips away as coach travel to the furthest fixtures will be free for the rest of the season following the Stamford trip this weekend.
