Welcome Lionel Ainsworth

AFC are delighted to announce the signing of experienced wide man Lionel Ainsworth who has joined us from Heybridge Swifts.

Rick Andrews says "Lionel caught both mine and Angelo's eye in the away game at Heybridge last season. Since then we have kept an eye on how his season progressed. He scored 19 times in a team that finished outside the top 10 and that is no mean feat. His experience in the professional game will help bring our younger lads along and i'm looking forward to working with him"
