Today our U12’s welcomed a few new signings to the team with a re-structuring process over the summer enabling us to form a new U11’s team this season.

The boys started brilliantly and pegged Cornard back. Dougie kept slipping through balls through to our strikers and we were soon rewarded with our first goal of the season by Jack in his 50th appearance for the club.

The boys took their foot off the gas a little after that and allowed Cornard back into the game with a brilliant goal from the away team. Some nice football slipped in their winger on the right who slid the ball under our new number 1, Harry.

The boys dig deep and kept pushing for another goal which finally came down the right. Jack slipping max in down the wing and followed his pass getting into the box to slip the ball home for his 2nd of the game.

Man Of The Match was a close call between Dougie and Jack today. Dougie was non stop battling in the centre of the pitch today. But Jack never stopped running the whole game and just pipped him to the accolade.
