Coming to us from Brantham Athletic after guiding them to the title in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division last year, Tom was assistant manager under Danny Laws and took on the interim head coach role when Danny stepped down earlier this season.

Tommy will be working as Head Coach with a support team that he will shape in the coming weeks to provide the structure that the team requires.

CEO Alicja Holland commented on the appointment process:

Tom's passion and experience so far at AFC Sudbury alongside beginning to build a strong culture, provide continuity within the team. I look forward to watching Tommy develop as a coach, alongside the Men’s First Team General Manager David Hennessey, within the supportive structure we have implemented across the club.
