The Men's first team then absolutely hammered our nearest rivals Bury Town 4-0 in the FA Trophy, setting up a another Suffolk derby at Home to Leiston in the First Round Proper (Tie to be played 25th October 3pm)

And finally, the Women's First team stormed past Clapton Community 9-0 in the Womens FA Cup, setting up a thrilling away tie to Northampton Town in the First Round Proper (Tie to be played weekend of 25/26 October)

Honestly, in the last few weeks, there have been some really tough results for a lot of our teams, but last week's results have certainly given people around the club a huge boost, a really fantastic trio of results. Anyway, lets look at the week ahead.

Tuesday 7th October
The Mens First team kick off their Suffolk Premier Cup campaign at Home to Felixstowe and Walton United. 7:45pm Kick off at the Elite Travel Stadium.

Saturday 11th October
The Mens first team travel to Stratford Town in the Southern League, coach seats available for this one, please contact Dave Hennessey on 07814 848202 to book your seat(s).

Meanwhile at Home the reserves host Kings Park Rangers in the Thurlow Nunn Division One North, 3pm Kick off.

Sunday 12th October
The Womens First Team welcome Boldmere St Michael's in the FA Womens National League Cup. 2pm Kick Off.
