AFC Sudbury teams up with Elite Travel on multi-year partnership

AFC Sudbury Announces Strategic Travel Partnership with Elite Travel — Club Stadium Renamed "The Elite Travel Stadium"

AFC Sudbury is proud to announce a major partnership with Elite Travel, a leading provider of bespoke travel solutions across the UK. As part of this exciting new collaboration, Elite Travel will become the official travel partner of AFC Sudbury and receive naming rights to the club’s home ground, now officially known as The Elite Travel Stadium.

This partnership represents a significant milestone for both organisations, combining Elite Travel’s commitment to premium service with AFC Sudbury’s dedication to community-driven football and growth both on and off the pitch.

In return for providing team and supporter travel throughout the season, Elite Travel will take over the naming rights of the stadium, bringing a fresh identity to the club’s historic ground while helping to support the team's logistical and operational needs.

"We are delighted to welcome Elite Travel as a key partner of AFC Sudbury," said Alicja Holland, CEO of AFC Sudbury. "Their support will make a real difference to the club, not just in terms of travel, but in helping us take another step forward in our development and creating a strong partnership over the next few years and hopefully well beyond that. We’re also proud to carry their name on our stadium — The Elite Travel Stadium — as a symbol of this strong partnership."

Elite Travel, known for its reliable and high-quality travel services across sport, corporate, and leisure sectors, sees this collaboration as a meaningful way to invest in grassroots football and support the wider community.

"We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with AFC Sudbury," said Chris Shadbolt, Managing Director at Elite Travel. "Supporting local sport is important to us, and we’re thrilled to play a part in helping the club get to where they need to be — both literally and figuratively. Seeing our name on the stadium is a huge honour and a reflection of our shared values."

The new signage for The Elite Travel Stadium is now installed and travel support began immediately at the start of this season for both the Men’s and Women’s first teams. The new welcome sign (featured picture) provides a warmer entrance to the stadium and Elite's details can be found on "The Shed" opposite the clubhouse and underneath the scoreboard.

This partnership not only supports AFC Sudbury’s on-the-road needs but also strengthens its connections with local businesses committed to enhancing the community's sporting life.
