The Directors of AFC Sudbury are delighted to announce that our carefully planned and developed partnership with The Bridge Project has now been formally signed. We look forward to a long and successful collaboration. 
 
The Bridge Project is a unique, creative social enterprise. It was founded in 1995 as a local charity to bring people together to provide meaningful opportunities to disadvantaged adults within the community. They will now operate from the AFC Sudbury clubhouse providing a range of hospitality and event management services on our behalf. They will also develop the land at the north end of our stadium which will become their main teaching facility.
 
The key to the success of the partnership centres on both parties’ fundamental commitment to further benefiting our local community; particularly in the areas of physical health and mental wellbeing, plus the training and development of local talent.  Both partners will now work together to help ensure that our local community will ultimately be the major winners and that Sudbury and the surrounding area becomes a great place to live, work and thrive.
