AFC Sudbury is thrilled to announce a new three-year partnership with their Brundon Lane neighbours, Stour Valley Business Centre. This agreement will see Stour Valley supporting one of two new Under 7s teams as they embark on their footballing journey.
Robert Bettis, Director of Stour Valley, shares his enthusiasm: “Almost everyone at Stour Valley Business Centre lives and works in this community, as do many of our tenants’ customers and prospects. This sponsorship is the perfect way for us to demonstrate our commitment to the very community in which we operate. Just as in all educational settings, the early years are crucial, and we want to support these youngsters in embracing the health and wellbeing benefits that come with being active, part of a team, and making lifelong friends and memories.”
Discussing the business, Robert adds, “We’ve adopted a contemporary and future-proofed approach to developing the Business Centre. All offices, studios, and workshops are finished to a high standard and securely set within a gated site monitored by CCTV. We are also eco-friendly and solar-powered, with EV charging available. This makes us an ideal partner for businesses providing environmentally responsible services to sectors where the path to net-zero includes working with equally responsible suppliers.”
AFC Sudbury’s Head of Youth Football, Andy Kemsley, concludes, “I love Robert’s comments about children ‘being active, being part of a team, and making lifelong friends and memories.’ Too many children miss out on these experiences today. Thanks to the club, the managers, and generous sponsors like Stour Valley Business Centre, these youngsters are among the fortunate ones.”
