Our weekly round up of AFC action for the coming week

Other than the Academy boys with a fine win in the cup last Thursday it was a pretty disappointing week as far as the footy goes. I'll not dwell on it...i could... but i won't.
This week sees a little less on so without further ado ...

Tuesday 17th Sept
It's the big one. The first team are away at Bury in the league. The A134 derby. Let's get ready to rumble. Kick Off 7:45pm at the delightfully quaint stadium just up the road

and also
The Academy boys have a friendly at home to the Suffolk Fire Service. Kick Off 7:30pm

Wednesday 18th Sept
The Academy girls are away playing EDSV in a league game with a kick off of 2pm at the University of Hertfordshire.

Thursday 19th
F.A Youth Cup action as the U18's take on Woodbridge Town at home. 8pm Kick Off

Saturday 21st Sept
The Reserves are at home against Felixstowe & Walton (again!) in the cup. The Kick Off is at midday down at the MEL Group Stadium. It was meant to be the first part of a double header but the first team's game with Basildon is off due to their continued presence in the F.A.Cup

And that's yer lot. If there are fixtures i don't know about then let me know and i'll add them... just like last weeks Under 18's cup fixture vs Walsham which totally avoided my and quite a few others radar.
Now of course I know you are hanging around reading this because what you really want to know about is the state of play with my love life..well
Tonight sees me with an early 6:30 kick off with the lovely Heidi. It's an away fixture that may involve a light tipple, some nibbles and then a sofa for two whilst we pretend to watch Tarantino's latest masterpiece. It may go to extra time and penalties..who knows, but all signs are that it'll be a closely contested game. Apparently an imminent replay is already being planned by F.C Heidi
