AFC Sudbury is inviting expressions of interest for the North End site: roughly 0.75 hectares off Brundon Lane, beside our Kingsmarsh ground, with a partially built timber-frame building already standing. The roof is on, the frame is up and the site is secure.

We are open to four routes: buy the site, lease it, take the land for a scheme of your own, or propose something else entirely. This is a conversation, not a tender, and expressing interest commits nobody to anything.

It could suit a community sports or wellbeing organisation, an education provider, a workshop or trades training operation, or a charity looking for a settled base.
