Liverpool, first watched 1979 Charity Shield v Arsenal, loved the pace and style of the football, Oh and they won a lot !!!

My top three players ever and why
Kenny Dalglish, both as player and the man, always had the ability to lend the ball to others in better positions than himself. Maradona , un-coachable Maverick, had everything, and in later years Bobby Firminho, unselfish work ethic, with a smile

The biggest influence on my footballing career
Didn’t really have a career, but my coaching journey started the same time Jurgen Klopp arrived at Anfield. His ethos and morals are so high, a working-class hero, a truth teller with standards, and sets his working environment levels so high, a great human being… I will miss that smile

The proudest moment in my footballing career
Seeing individuals grow both on and off the field, to get to the best of their ability

Three words to describe myself
Committed, Loyal, and dare I say sometimes funny

I believe in our CORE Values and in fair play because
Without it we turn into what this country in becoming, if we can’t be fair to each other, then we are lost. We must rise and try to be better people all the time

Other sports I enjoy playing or watching
All sports apart from shooting, it's basically who can be still the longest !!!, but predominantly Cricket, Olympics, Boxing

My advice for players to become the best that they can be:
Smile and Enjoy, never take yourself too seriously, and always try to be your best self, effort !
