When and where to get your AFC fix this week

As your trusty webmaster i felt it beholdent upon me to give a heads up to games coming up each week featuring our sides. Last week I had a message on Friday from Sudbury fan Neil Davis enquiring if i was going to the game that evening. Errr... I wasn't even aware there was a game so i pulled apart the website to find out that the ressies had a game that very night. That's not very good i thought, I wonder how many others are in the same boat... stuck indoors watching godawful TV on a Friday night blissfully unaware that at the MEL Group Stadium, Kabangu had come off the bench to curl a beauty into the back of the Felixestowe net and was about to score a second followed up by another goal from Horlock. Well exactly... i am sure a lot of you missed out there so without further ado....

Tuesday 20th
The first team are at home against Felixstowe and Walton in the BetVictor Isthmian League. A chance to put right all that was wrong on Saturday. Potentially we will be facing a side featuring Ex Sudbury player Isaac Scubic. Kick Off at 7.45pm
Somehow we conspired to lose 0-1

Thursday 22nd
The U18's are in action just down the road at Cornard United in the Thurlow Nunn Youth League. Kick Off at 7.45pm
1-0 win for AFC

Saturday 24th
The first team are in action at home once more. This time in the F.A.Cup against Felixstowe and Walton AGAIN! Kick Off at 3.00pm
2-1 win for Sudbury

And
At the same time the Reserves are in action over at Lakenheath in Thurlow Nunn league action. Kick Off at 3.00pm
3-1 defeat for Sudbury

While also
Sudbury Sports are away at Cressing United in Div 1 of the Essex and Suffolk Border League again a 3.00pm Kick Off
5-2 defeat for Sudbury

Sunday 25th
The U15 EJA side face Braintree EJA at home Kick Off 10am
Then...
The U14 EJA side take on Concord Rangers again at home. Kick Off 11.45am
Followed by..
The Women are in action at home on the Sunday in a friendly vs Brett Vale. Kick Off 2pm

Surely all that has to be better than traipsing around a garden centre!! Make a day of it down at the MEL Group stadium instead.. picnic, glass of wine, lot's of footy.. surely the better option

Monday 26th
I'll sneak this fixture in because it falls on the bank holiday Monday. The first team travel to Histon in the BetVictor League hoping to build no doubt on the 2 victories we'll be getting against Felixstowe during the week ( fingers crossed ) Kick Off 3pm

Now if I have missed anything out during this period please please please let me know and i'll update this message. If this helps to bring in just one extra supporter for a game they would otherwise not have known about then it's job done from me. In other news my dating life has grown a big stagnant lately. I was hoping that being WebMaster for AFC Sudbury would have brought them all flocking to my door but no.. that hasn't proven to be the case at all, in fact I have spent so much time since then working on Sudbury related tasks that I have been slightly neglecting my dating duties. Come on ladies.. you know it makes sense
