Tomorrow we welcome Cray Wanderers for the latest in our preseason friendlies. Cray who are the second oldest football club in the country had a great season last term winning promotion to the Isthmian Premier Division.

Our manager Mark Morsley knows the Cray supremo Tony Russell when they clashed some years back when Morsley was at Needham and Russell at VCD Athletic.

Morsley said, 'me and Tony developed 2 teams that played great attacking football in that season and we had 2 great matches. Since then we have kept in touch and I am really looking forward to this fixture as I know it will be two teams who will want to dominate the ball. On our pitch that should make for a great game, one not to be missed'.
