Carpet Connection confirms three-year advertising agreement

Popular local company with long links to club books new ad board
Sudbury-based carpet and flooring supplier Carpet Connection has reacquainted itself with AFC Sudbury following a long history with the club.
The family-owned company provides complete bespoke flooring solutions to clients across Essex and Suffolk, and operates from its showroom in Great Eastern Road opposite Roys and the car park. They have been operating for 35 years, and 14 years ago it was them who laid all the specialist water-proof flooring in our six changing rooms – and it is still there, despite being used every day for nine months of the year ever since! They also laid the Dance Floor in the Academy classroom that doubles as the Quay School of Dance in the evenings and at weekends. It also gets a lot of use, albeit by daintier feet!
Carpet Connection’s Hetty Lockett comments “Here at Carpet Connection, we all really admire the way that the club has morphed from its origins as a men’s football club into the broad spread of boys and girls, men and women, able and disabled and young and old! This both reflects the profile of the town’s community and gives us something to be proud to be a part of.”
