AFC Sudbury are pleased to announce the signing of tough tackling no nonsense midfielder Christian Frimpong on a permanent deal from Braintree Town.
The younger brother of ex Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong, Christian will go into the squad for Saturday's trip down the A12 to Brentwood.
Christian did get to play 45 minutes for us during a preseason fixture against Haverhill Borough and showed enough during that outing for the brothers Rango to try and push for a deal.
Our 10th signing of the new regime will add competition for that defensive midfield role.
