Confirmed returning Academy Third Year Students who will be pushing hard for first team squad places include Ollie Okeh, alongside other exciting second year prospects like Talan Fullilove, who made his first team debut at the end of last season.
The club can confirm ongoing discussions with last season’s ‘Mr Consistent’, Charlie Lewis that will hopefully be concluded by the end of the week, as well as numerous conversations with a couple of defenders and a handful of attacking players in a bid to complete this new and exciting roster.
Dave Hennessey, MFT General Manager is also excited by the number of players contacting the club and attending pre-season sessions, including a July 5th showcase match.
DH - “we are running the rule over at least 12 players who have contacted the club in the close season as well as a few players that we’ve targeted specifically. Lads from this group has every chance of joining the names above and making our final roster for the 2025/26 season.”
