Two players from AFC Sudbury Ladies are included in the first Suffolk FA Ladies’ squad of the season.

Manager Sarah Dooley has named a 19-strong squad for the opening East Anglian Counties Competition fixture against Essex FA.

The match is taking place on Thursday, November 20th at Woodbridge Town FC, kick-off 7.30pm.

Suffolk finished runners-up in the competition last season to Hertfordshire, winning one, losing one and drawing one of their three fixtures.

The draw came in the match against Essex in Suffolk’s final fixture of the season, Suffolk being pegged back in the second period after leading 4-1 at the interval.
