AFC Sudbury have appeared a few times in the media of late. Some of it has come out already, some is appearing at the moment and some is about to break.

The latest news is about Ex Academy graduate Tyler French who has just completed a permanent move to Scottish Championship club Dundee on a 2 year deal.

A couple of weeks back, Ex AFC Academy Liam Bennett completed a 1 year lean move from Cambridge Utd to Walsall.

Tomorrow BBC Radio Suffolk is going to be running a short piece on the AFC Academy tour to Miami and more specifically the girls winning the Enigma Cup. That will come out on the breakfast show at either 7:20 or 8:20 am.

On Thursday at 6:30pm there is going to be a full 30 minute show on the Enigma Cup journey on the Sports Social show.

Finally last week we saw AFC Sudbury appear on the MTV show Catfish in an episode devoted to AFC Sudbury Goalkeeping loanee from last season, Dion Curtis Henry.

Clearly these days, the longer you spend at AFC the more chance that you're going to be appearing in some form of media related experience.. I suspect that will be the case during this coming season too..

In other news our Academy are about to start pre season training again and that comes on the back of the first team who resumed training last Saturday.
