AFC play at home to Haringey Borough for the first time in the Ryman North, the London club having won promotion from the Essex Senior League last season.
The two clubs have played each other once previously, this being an FA Cup Preliminary Round tie on 28th August 2004 when AFC won 5-1, with the goal scorers being Sam Banya, Gary Bennett, Lee Owen, Terry Rayner and a Lee Norfolk penalty.
The White Hart Lane side are currently one place off the bottom of the table with seven points from the thirteen games they have played. AFC are in sixth position with twenty-six points from thirteen games completed.
Sudbury Manager Jamie Godbold will have Luis Tibbles between the posts, the dual registered Kirkley and Pakefield man took over from the now departed Ollie Bowles in the midweek draw at Heybridge Swifts.
Returning to the squad is young forward Jordan Blackwell (pictured) having served his three match ban for his sending off at Brightlingsea Regent. The suspension will have hopefully given him some food for thought for the future.
Missing from the squad along with Bowles will be Sam Bantick who has also decided to return to Concord Rangers. Another absentee will be Robbie Martin who will serve a one match ban for picking up five bookings.
