Today coach Jim ran a session based on pressing and winning the ball.

The boys started with trying to control both a ball on the floor and a bouncing ball. This was progressed by being under pressure from a defender whilst trying to control the ball and returning it to the server. They were then learning to press in two's and three's before ending with an SSG

Today's runner-up was Jude but he was pipped to the post by Jack who showed great energy and tenacity throughout.
