Great way to start the season for the EJA Teams.

AFC Sudbury Eastern Junior Alliance teams got off to a flying start this weekend. All four teams winning their first games of the season

AFC Sudbury U13s 7 - 0 Woodbridge Town
AFC Sudbury U14s 10 - 2 St Ives
Wroxham 1 - 2 AFC Sudbury U15s
Wisbech st Mary 0 - 2 AFC Sudbury U16s

Congratulations to players parents and coaches for 100% start on first day of the season, with 21 goals for and 3 against. Good to see the continunsted progress with these teams in our joint partnership with Ipswich Town FC. We would encourage all AFC Sudbury supporters to try and pop down to the ground one Sunday morning and watch some Eastern Junior Alliance football the quality and technical ability of some of these boys is outstanding.

The teams are all recruited and run jointly in partnership with Ipswich Town, this partnership is now in its third successful season and really starting to pay dividends with 6 boys already earning places in pro club academies. As part of our partnership arrangement with Ipswich Town our AFC Sudbury first team train every Thursday night at the excellent ITFC facilities in Playford Road, another example of how close our clubs work together.
