A presentation was made at half-time in the match with Heybridge Swifts granting Danny Crosbie, who has decided to reduce his involvement in the club, life membership. Danny has overseen many aspects of the pitch and surroundings at AFC Sudbury including hosting guests in the Boardroom for many years.

In making the presentation, Chairman Phil Turner thanked Danny for all his efforts, including constructing the new dugouts that were in use for the first time against Heybridge.

He will also oversee the installation of new LED floodlights which will happen in the next month.
