New and old Friends to visit next season

The FA have released the League structure for 2019-20 and it sees a relegation reprieve for Romford who next season will groundshare with Brentwood Town in the Bostik North Division. Barking have left the league being moved sideways to the south central division. Joining the Division are two Cambridgeshire sides in Cambridge City who have been moved from the Southern League Division One Central and Histon promoted as Champions of the Thurlow Nunn League. They will be joined by the Essex Senior League Champions Hullbridge Sports. Bowers & Pitsea were promoted and Mildenhall Town relegated from the Division. Heybridge Swifts who won the play-off final remain in the Division after Yate Town beat Cinderford Town to claim a promotion spot instead. The full North Division list is below.
